I was so impressed with the location - nice shopping a 30-second walk away on a beautiful tree-lined avenue, an easy walk to main squares and attractions, and the ease of getting there from the airport - bus 744, virtually door to door. The property is just off one of the main avenues - Liberdade - but it's really quiet, away from the main tourist areas and noise, but easy walking distance to those areas. The hotel was lovely, and the shaded roof terrace was a huge bonus in 30+ degree heat! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and my room was great, a good size and quiet (3rd floor). Excellent buffet breakfast, too, lots of variety. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely be back!

We were still in the system and little had changed (so rare these days) same warmth, wonderful welcome, lovely room, great food sensibly priced yet very best of service and quality in every respect. Great central location and 5 mins by uber to/from train station. Famous attractions within walking distance, Commercial Square 15 mins walk through a buzzing centre. Christmas market is in full swing, xmas lights everywhere and breathtaking. We even received 'Welcome Back' gift and acknowlegement. Wonderful, will stay here on future regular visits to Lisbon🥰

Had a great stay at the Hotel Lisboa Plaza. The staff were amazing, the reception was warm and welcoming and the amenities were good. The hotel truly is a heritage property and felt very comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was abundant and the food was of good quality. We truly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and albeit a bit old, had all the necessary amenities. The location was also excellent and the proximity to metro stations was a plus. The main squares and the historic center were just about a 15 min walk, which was great. I would absolutely recommend it for future stays in Lisbon.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful The hotel has character and charm , not a purpose built modern building. We were in the 5th floor with a super terrasse offering free coffee and tea. Sat out for a short while as weather nice in December We had a ‘petite’ room with twin beds(as requested) but plenty big enough for us two Lovely touches such as free port, apples, sweets and fluffy big towels Excellent breakfast

Our room was very comfortable indeed and very well cared for by the staff. Reception staff were approachable and helpful. The tea and coffee available in the lounge area was a treat when we came back to the hotel weary from our wanderings. Everything was quiet and calm.
